We engaged Jacinta to design and facilitate our City Strategy Branch Day, and it was such a wonderful day! Thanks to her, we had many great conversations, positive energy and lots of learning! I often find days like these daunting, but the entire time I felt safe and comfortable to participate. I've been at Council for a long time, and this is the best Branch Day that I've been a part of.
