Lost your meeting mojo?
Lunch and Learn

Are you:

  • A leader in government frustrated with boring and unproductive meetings?

  • Responsible for building capability in your organisation?

Facilitation is a critical skill for anyone that leads a team, runs a meeting or needs to gather ideas and build consensus around projects. Yet 75% of us have had no training in how to facilitate a group.

38 to 45 cents of every payroll dollar gets spent on meetings. Yet, 89% of us report dissatisfaction with meetings in our organisations*.

ABOUT JACINTA

Jacinta loves helping leaders, experts and facilitators to gather the gold from groups. People love her energy, creativity and humour.

One of the things that sets Jacinta apart is that she thinks in pictures - fast! Her cartoons make it easy for people to talk about the hard stuff.

With 25 years of facilitation experience, Jacinta is trusted by clients in government, universities, health, transport, environment, water, disability and social service sectors.

Jacinta holds accreditations in community engagement (IAP2) and as a partnership broker, along with tertiary qualifications in corporate social responsibility, international relations and communications.

Jacinta went to Uni to become a journalist and left as a filmmaker. When Jacinta is not facilitating or helping you learn how, you might find her on her yoga mat, in her art studio, on the tennis court or the tango dance floor.

What some have said:

“I have so many gems from the hour I spent with Jacinta at her Lunch and Learn. When you come early you see exactly what it is like to get ready for a workshop. You will learn so much before it even starts!”
Alana Sarah, Barwon Health.

“The team walked away from Jacinta's lunch and learn session with some great tips to increase engagement during online sessions - something we have all been struggling with during the pandemic. I'm excited to learn more.”
Hazel Penfold, Victorian Health Care Association.

“Sessions with Jacinta are such a breath of fresh air. Creative, well-paced and fun - and super inclusive. If you are looking for a facilitator who can bring the *whole* room along on the journey, you've found them!”
Steven Weir, Community Engagement Specialist, Lendlease.
